Sacha Mast

Hi! My name is Sacha Mast. I am a Veteran of the US NAVY; I served as a Navy recruiter and an Aviation Mechanic. I have an Applied Science associates degree and currently working as a new Radiology technologist. My history of working with horses begins as a little girl as I grew up riding and showing horses in 4-H. My passion continued when I moved to Sedgwick and served as a County Fair Board Member for 2 years with the Sedgwick County Fair. My hobbies include riding motorcycles, gardening, cooking, crafting, hunting, and fishing. I am very excited to serve as the newly appointed board president for Blue Skies Therapeutic Riding! I am looking forward to serving my community and volunteering my time.

Our volunteers are the soul of our program- our riders and horses are the heart. We could not do it all without you!

Abby Erickson, Secretary

My name is Abby Erickson. I worked at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center as the Administrator of the Renal Division and at the Colorado Center for Bone Research as the Practice Administrator prior to my retirement.  My husband and I moved to Sedgwick to enjoy small town life seven years ago.  My hobbies include gardening, hunting and fishing.  I look forward to volunteering at Blue Skies Therapeutic Riding as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Jan Toyne,

My name is Jan Toyne, I originally hail from the western side of Colorado, growing up in Kremmling and spending some time in Gunnison and Grand Junction. I moved to Ovid/Sedgwick after getting two Bachelor degrees from the University of Northern Colorado, one in Biology and the other in Business for accounting. I have worked as a Public Accountant in Greeley and Sterling before having my daughter and son.  Currently, I am working with my husband raising cattle and bees while doing local bookkeeping. I am really looking forward to helping such a great organization like Blue Skies Therapeutic Riding to be successful in providing the opportunity for local individuals to experience the healing power of riding and bonding with horses.
